Our Managing Partner, Mary Ellen Flynn, attended the Annual Conference of The National Creditors Bar Association, NARCA Fall Conference last week in Washington, D.C. In addition to representatives of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), there were congressional representatives and professionals from all around the country presenting on timely Collections topics.
