Attorneys attending Mary Ellen’s presentation on how to “Get Paid Without Getting Into Trouble” will learn the proper ways of preparing retainer agreements, billing clients and collecting their fees while adhering to the Maryland Rules of Professional Responsibility. Mary Ellen’s Collections practice includes representing attorneys and other professionals in the recovery of their Accounts Receivables and enforcing their Judgments.
